Studies have shown that some issues respond surprisingly well in like-minded groups. The discovery that one's problems and concerns are not unique, that others share them, is often therapy enough. The Centre for Sexual Wellbeing offers a variety of workshops, playshops and groups catering for a diversity of needs and interests.

WORKSHOPS & PLAYSHOPS

AWAKENING YOUR SEXUAL SELF
A full day workshop for women during which we will explore aspects of femininity and sexuality, reasons for inhibiting the sexual self, and learn skills and techniques for making the most of your sexual life, alone or with a partner.

INTRODUCTION TO SAFER SWINGING (What is swinging?)
A half-day workshop for couples, designed to answer questions and examine the rituals and boundaries necessary to make swinging a safe and pleasurable experience. For beginners and those who are exploring their options.

SURVIVING SEXUAL RECESSION
Following the "honeymoon stage" filled with fluttering hearts and warm glows, many relationships reach a period of monotony, which, if left unchallenged can lead to disillusionment and sexual drought. This half-day playshop allows couples a safe place to reflect, evaluate and learn ways of surviving this inevitable stage of relationship.

SEX TALK FOR PARENTS
Recent research in the UK has shown that children are not getting the information they need for future sexual wellbeing because parents are embarrassed to talk to them and children are afraid to ask. This workshop gives parents information and guidance to being supportive and available to their children.

UNDERSTANDING ALTERNATIVE SEXUAL LIFESTYLES
This is a workshop for therapists and counsellors who may feel challenged by the variety of alternative sexual lifestyles presented by clients. We will investigate what some of these lifestyles mean and consider how best to remain candid when working with clients who have chosen to live within them.

These workshops are designed for small groups but may be adapted for individuals, couples and private groups on request.

Workshops are held in central London or at a secluded location in Sussex.
